Well, another monday in a cold day. Last saturday I was enjoying the Young Bilbao Ballet Award. It was a very kindly contest. Well organizated and a very goodquality in the participants. My fully congratulations for all.
While I was enjoying this superb contest I was feeling too the starving for scenery so much!.
I can`t tell you how much!. I need to walk upstairs and tasting the flavour of the air in scene.
Yes, Im an actor in cinema and others, but my first steps were in theatre. I can`t avoid the sensations and rememberings. Applauses, laughs, emotions so near the actor...not payable at all.
I come back to my cold monday.
But not the same way. Im preparing a new project and a new theatre play.

KIHATSU. A MARTIAL ART FOR ACTORS. BY XABIER XALABARDÉ

No long time ago I found Noa Diez in my preparation career as an actor. It was during the essays of a play about japanese theatre innovational play. She was my teacher and I could learn much better things about Japan, and much more, like samurai lives, etc.
I am practising Kihatsu since that moment, because of I found it very convenient for my career, (actually Im preparing myself for action roles).

ACTING IN THE SCENERY

When you play in the scenery, you suddenly become yourself in other one.
one person?
one character?
one animal?
one thing?
YES, YOU ARE DIFFERENT OF YOU...BUT YOU DON`T DIE!
When you play a character your deepest person is into you too, as your actor/actress!.
...I beg you to be yourself at the same time that you play. An authentic actor/actress can do it. Please, love your/our profession, and be true on the scenery.
